Longines Masters Hong Kong
The third stage of the Longines Masters in Hong Kong, part of the prestigious Grand Slamo Indoor circuit, is about to get underway. The best horses in the world have arrived over the last few days on board a cargo Boeing 777 which left the airport of Liege, followed by staff.
One of the many world class horses to have boraded that plane was the winner of the 2016 edition of the Grand Prix Longines, the stallion Van Goghpaired with the German rider Marco Kutscher, as well as Quiet Easy, the horse that belongs to the Irishman Bertram Allen, winner last year of the Hong Kong Jockey Club Trophy and of the speed challenge.
Also travelling to the Masters was Equita van’t Zorgvliet, who won the first stage of the series last year with the German rider Daniel Deusser in Los Angeles, and also Chesall Zimequest, who will have the French rider Simon Delestre. Also present in Hong Kong will be Eldorado Vant het Veijverhof who won the Grand Prix Longines Masters in Paris last December with Gregory Wathelet from Belgium.
