Here below are the latest results from the 2-star Winter Show taking place in Gorla Minore.
Philipp Zuger was in good form on Friday and took the win in the two round trial. The Swiss rider was competing with Casanova and registered a time of 23.54 seconds in the second round to take victory. Roberto Previtali with K Class followed behind in second while the final podium slot went to Francesca Capponi with Magical.
In the small trial, victory went to Linda Bratomi with Chanel after a time that was only slightly faster than Roberto Arioldi who claimed second place with Loro Piana Viper. Germany’s Marcel Wolf with Ukkie was third.
Bratomi then maintained winning ways with a stunning performance in the big trial and once again with Chanel. No one could beat the Italian horsewoman’s time of 50.64 seconds as she jumped her way to victory. Switzerland’s Fabio Crotta with Coromena came second while Christina Liebherr came third with L.B. Akteur.
The medium trial on the other hand was won by Beat Grndjean from Switzerland with Cartoli who beat by the narrowest of margins Emanuele Fiorelli with Bo et Beau in second. Riccardo Pisani with Freedom van’t Heike finished in third place.
Finally, Giampiero Garofalo with Centina won the low trial ahead of Emanuele Massimiliano Bianchi and Miriam Riser.
Up next on the race schedule is Sunday’s GP.
