We’re getting closer to the start of the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games in Normandy and in Caen the preparations are about to get underway at the Stade d’Ornano. The stadium will host the opening ceremony in addition to the dressage and show-jumping trials.
Just one week after the end of the football season in France and Caen’s last match, the keys to the stadium have been handed over to the organisers of the WEG. In 4 months’ time everything will have to be in place but before then from the 23rd to the 26th of June the dressage and show-jumping trials will give organisers an early chance to check up on the preparations.
The stadium has a capacity of 21,000 and the final 3,000 tickets left for the final of the show-jumping at the WEG are up for sale. This is the last set of tickets available for the legendary Top Final Four and following this no more will be available.
