Azzurri team seal place in Nations Cup final

The Italy showjumping team have booked their place in the final of the Furusiyya FEI Nations Cup in Barcelona and will now be aiming to go all the way in the big final scheduled for Saturday, September 24.
Here is the team flying the flag for Italy and that went through after the first round: Piergiorgio Bucci, Lorenzo De Luca, Gianni Govoni and Bruno Chimirri.
The best performers though were Germany, Belgium and USA who all went through to the final round with 0 penalties. The nations that didn’t make it, which surprisingly includes France, will take part in the small-final scheduled today.
