The duo of Nice Stephanie and Penelope Leprevost continue to impress and attract all the plaudits. In what was a testing circuit, and with 41 horse and rider combinations competing for victory and qualification to the GP, the French horsewoman managed a faultless run, leading her mount round the course in a time of just 56.60 seconds.
It capped off a great day all round for team France who secured a clean sweep of the podium. Following Leprevost we find Kevin Staut with Elky van het Indihof*HDC in second and Roger-Bost with Pégase du Mûrier in third. Italy’s representative Emanuele Gaudiano was riding with Guess 6 and ended the trial with 4 penalties.
In the opening competition meanwhile, Patrice Delaveau claimed first place with Ornella Mail HDC thanks to a time of 52.87.
