LGCT Shanghai: Gregory Wathelet and Kent Farrington impress in China.
After the win for Harrie Smolders in the LGCT GP, events in Shanghai, China came to an end with a win for Belgium’s Gregory Wathelet with selle française Oh d’Eole (Kannan) in the mixed trial over 1.50/1.55m.
Pius Schwizer finished second, just like he did in the LGCT GP, with Dundee vd Dwerse Hagen (Caesar van de Helle) whereas the final podium slot was taken by Marco Kutscher with Cornet’s Cristallo (Cornet Obolensky). The rest of the top-ten was as follows:

Riding to victory in the Massimo Dutti Trophy meanwhile was US rider Kent Farrington with Blue Angel (Luidam). In second place in this time trial over 1.45m was Germany’s Marco Kutcher with Van Gogh (Numero Uno) followed by Saudi Arabia’s Abdullah Alsharbatly on Domingo (Thunder vd Zuthoeeve).
