10 DAYS AT PREDAZZO
Eight days of competition for the Predazzo event and more than 900 horses, many of whom were already riding as of yesterday evening 8 July.
Prize money of more than €98,000, divided amongst the categories will be up for grabs. Here’s the results from the first day of Predazzo organized by Alta Val di Fiemma since 1997.
In the 1.20m timed category, a victory for Giovanna Rigola riding Ushaya in a time fo 63.48; in the 1.15m category a good second place finish for Mattia Manente riding Olimpias and third place went to Calimero de Ladet.
The six year old category was won by German Rudolf Arnold on Nikita Non Stop (no errors and time of 37.67), followed by Cristian Pitzianti on Fenomeen C in 37.82 and Arnaldo Bologni on Amerigo in 37.93
In the 1.30m category, victory went to Romanian Andy Candin riding Caruso 394 in 0.62.65. Right behind him was Massimo Tonali on Gioia del Castegno in 0.66.12 followed by Arnaldo Bologni on Jumping Star Puberta in 0.67.04
The biggest event of the day was the two phase category and went to Roberto Torchetto on Wasorka, second place went to Nicholas Williams on Utah Z, followed by Alberto Boscarato on Kasper.
