Ahlmann triumphs in the Mercedes German Masters.
Let’s look at the results now from day 3 of the German Masters in Stuttgart.
There was an all-German clean sweep of the podium in the Prize of Raumpflege AG against the clock and over 1.45m. Hans Dieter-Dreher with Callisto (Casall) won the competition with Felix Hassmann in second and David Will in third. In the Prize DIW Instandhaltung Ltd & Co over 1.50m meanwhile the winner was Mexico’s Alberto Michan Halbinger with Camilo LS La Silla: the 13 year-old stallion from the famous Mexican La Silla studbook. In second we find the in-form Reed Kessler from the USA and in third Douglas Lindelow from Sweden. The main event on the other hand was won by Germany’s Christian Ahlmann who rode to victory in the Mercedes German Masters over 1.55m with jump-off on the stallion Colorit (Coriano). It was the German rider’s second win in the competition after also triumphing in the 2012 edition. Second place was taken by Britain’s John Whitaker and third place by Germany’s Alexander Hinz.
