Anticipation rises for Hong Kong Longines Masters

After LA and Paris, the Longines Masters is heading to Hong Kong for the third and final leg of the tour.
The big event will be held as part of the prestigious AsiaWorld-Expo which is now in its fifth edition and continues to promote show-jumping in Asia.
What’s more, a number of world class stars will be taking part but also the local hero Jacqueline Lai – a member of the Hong Kong Jockey Club Equestrian Team.
The three day event will be action packed and begins today with the Hong Kong Jockey Club Trophy, the Master Riders and HKC Race of the Riders.
On Saturday, riders will be in action with the Hong Kong Junior Challenge followed by the thrilling Longines Speed Challenge arguably one of the most exciting competitions in the world of show-jumping.
The final day meanwhile of the Masters will come to a close with the highly anticipated Longines Grand Prix with prize money of 250.000 euros.
Strutting their stuff will be the likes of Kevin Staut and Gregory Wathelet with the latter in contention for the prize money of 1 million euros after the win at Paris.
Keep an eye on Marco Kutscher too as the German emerged victorious in the last edition of the Hong Kong leg.
