
Anticipation rises in Rome for ‘Cavalli a Roma’.

The countdown has started to the ‘Cavalli a Roma’ event which gets going on February 19.
This year’s event in the Italian capital will also be featuring a 2 star show-jumping competition, certain to add to the spectacle and crowd numbers.
A total of 3 GPs are scheduled, the first of which is a CSI* on February 20 at 14.30 while the other two are set for the day after. This includes a two star GP, scheduled for 13.30, and worth points towards the FEI Longines Ranking list.
What’s more, this sixth edition of the ‘Cavalli a Roma’ has another new feature as halls 7 and 9 will be hosting the Reining Shot-In as riders go head to head in the battle for the world title. With a whopping 50 thousand dollars in prize-money up for grabs, this competition backed from the National Reining Horse Association is not to be missed.
The Shoot-In Non Pro is scheduled for February 20 in the afternoon while the day after riders will be in action for the Open. Raising the curtain on the event with a ceremony, which will also include free merchandise handed out to the crowd, will be a display from the equestrian showman and stuntman Andrea Andreuzzi.
