Aquila presents 38° EQUIRADUNO 2009

The world leaders may be meeting in Aquila for the G8 summit but the city is also holding an equestrian trekking event.38° EQUIRADUNO NAZIONALE FITETREC-ANTE ABRUZZO 2009 will help bring a smile back to the region which is still recovering from the terrible earthquake in April.That is the aim of Alberto Spinelli, the president of Italian Equestrian Tourism, who presented the programme to the media.Aquila Council representative Antonio Lattanzi was certain that anyone who enjoyed equine events would want to visit the region. It would seem that horses can hold the key to giving Aquila and the surrounding area the economic lift it needs at this time.
