
Caracciolo grabs the limelight at CSI 2* Montefalco

The GiZeta Infissi GP at the CSI 2* Montefalco Le Lame International Sagrantino Show Jumping- VI Memorial Lorenzo Attili has been won by Gianluca Caracciolo.
There were 31 horse and rider combinations in action on the course designed by Elio Travagliati and only two double clears registered.
Riding home to victory though was Gianluca Caracciolo thanks to his lighting fast time of 34.49 seconds in the second round.
The rider was in action with Condios and came ahead of Emiliano Liberati who was second and Filippo Marco Bologni who was third.
Following behind and in this order were: Marco Porro, Filippo Codecasa, Micaela Bosso, Luca Coata and Andres Penalosa.
Speaking afterwards meanwhile Gianluca Caracciolo said: “The course set up by Elio Travagliati was testing and tough and certainly up to the standard of those taking part. My mount Condios was in great form though. My performer allowed me to make up time and register a good result. I may not have registered the fastest time overall in the second run, but it was good enough to take the victory because I did not commit any errors at the obstacles.”
