The anticipation is rising ahead of the big event ‘Cavalli a Roma’ scheduled for 19-21 February.
A new feature this year is the Fixdesign International Show Jumping, the spectacular indoor CSI2*/ CSI1*/CSIP for fans and all those curious to find out more about the sport. The big one takes place on Sunday 21 February in the form of the CSI2* GP which is also valid for the FEI Longines rankings.
A host of important horse and rider combinations have confirmed their participation at the event in the Italian capital, but there will also be plenty of opportunities for young riders from home and abroad to strut their stuff this year too.
Confirming this is one of the most renowned course designers in Italy Roberto Murè: “The participation of youth, which will be plentiful, is a positive factor and is part of the project to develop young riders. There will be careful attention to create courses that offer the right level of difficulty for their growth as riders.“
Murè will be assisted by Stefano Bellantonio, a highly respected course designer from Rome, who brings with him a wealth of experience in adapting and modifying courses based on the skill level, as already shown at prestigious events such as Piazza di Siena and the Global Champions Tour.
