CSI5* Treffen, Gaudiano victorious

The monitoring of the ongoing races this weekend continues and it’s good Equestrian World from Austria, where in Treffen at the headquarters of Glock’s Performance Horses the CSI5 * is being held. Yesterday thanks to Emanuele Gaudiano the national anthem Mameli was heard after he imposed himself in the 1.45m trial on Inca’s Big Think (Beaulieu’s Think) with 65 points accumulated in 48.42 seconds.
Second place with the same score, but with a time of 49.33 was Brit Laura Renwick on Heliodor Hybris followed by German and companion of Marco Kutscher, Eva Bitter with Inliner.

The 1.55m was instead won by Kevin Staut on Estoy Aqui de Muze HDC, 0 penalties for the Frenchman, who finished the course in 42.07, followed by Belgian Olivier Philippaerts on H&M Henna de Goedereede, third came Dutchman Marc Houtzager on Sterrehof’s Bylou.

Today’s first race was instead ended with a Belgian victory by Gregory Wathelet on Eldorado van het Vijvenhof, winning the 1.45m over two phases.
Runner-up was Max Kuhner on Cielito Lindo 2 and third came John Whitaker on Lord of Arabia.
