De Luca continues winning ways in Saint Tropez

Not even a week after the historic victory for the airman Lorenzo De Luca in the Grand Prix in the 86th CSIO in Rome’s Piazza di Siena the Azzurri star was winner again in an international competition.De Luca, this time in the saddle of De Flipper, won the 1.50m CSI5* at St. Tropez, a stage of the Longines Global Champions Tour.The Italian rider had a double clear with the best time: 33“93 of the ten pairs that made it through (52 in all the start). But the satisfaction did not end here because 1st caporal major Alberto Zorzi riding Ulane de Coquerie got a prominent placement in the race, finishing in third place without errors and with a time of 34 “72. In second place the Dutch rider Harrie Smolders riding Zinius (0/0; 34“29).
