Derby Day or… Botti-day at the Capannelle Racetrack?

One of the biggest question marks ahead of the 2015 edition of the Derby is how will the 6 horses trained by Stefano Botti fare? From a total of 15 set to do battle today in the derby, Botti has a stake in just under half of them. Sound of Freedom sponsored by Effevi and ridden by Fabio Branca is the one with the best credentials to make it a special day for Botti after 4 wins from 4 races.
Don’t rule out however General Sherman trained by Endo Botti and ridden by Carletto Fiocchi, but it’s never easy to predict a winner at the event in the Italian capital. However, what is clear is that it will be a spectacular derby that will get the fans heartbeat racing and keep them on the edge of their seats right until the final verdict.
A total of 9 races are scheduled and it all begins at 14:30. One of the other stand out events is the Carlo D’Alessio Prize and needless to say the stands are expected to be packed.
