Di Marco triumphs in 4th stage of Abrruzzo Exclusive Saddlery endurance
While in September Italy will host the European Endurance Championships for the third time, last Sunday saw a wonderful endurance race in Abruzzo organised by the ADS Podere Sporting Association, ‘La Sorgente’, under the guidance of Mara Marangoni. Four races were held on a suggestive course designed through vineyards and olive groves that surround Cepagatti.The CEN**/B over 81km was won by Rosalinda Di Marco from Aquila on Prozac who completed the distance with an average speed of 14.8km/hour, edging out both Aristeo De Petris on Gladio and Francesco d’Andrea on Magic Zameel. Meanwhile, the 54km CEN*/R saw Gianfelice D’Agostino on Keop come out on top, followed by Lucio di Giovanni on Dolby Sorround and Martina Carnicelli on Barak-R in second and third respectively. The two races, both over 27km, dedicated to debutees were won by Cristiano Antinarella on Mon Amour and Maria Cristina Rossi clinched success in the race for amateur debut riders.
