Saumur is the venue for the CDI3* event at the prestigeous National School of Equestrian Sports where the riders will also be competing for the change to make the selections for the Olympic Games in Rio 2016. In total there will be 14 nations competing, including Estonia, Greece, Palestine, Georgia, Singapore. Also Michael George Eilberg and Sarah Millis will be there with Marakov and Hofjuwel. For Holland there will be Thamar Zweistra who will be riding Hexagon’s Zodinde and Hexagon’s Banderas. For Belgium, Claudia Dorpmans will be riding Tin Tin and Jorinde Werwinp à Tiamo while Brazil will be represented by Rogerio Da Silva Clementino and Victor João Marcari Oliva respectively on  Bravissimo and Signo dos Pinhais and Haddington KHR et Zodiac dos Diamantes.
The only rider for Switzerland will be Fanny Lerpinière with a Viena II.
France will have plenty of riders competing. Among them are Alexandre Ayache with Axel and Grandiosa, Marc Boblet on Whitni and Marie-Emilie Bretenoux with Quartz.
The GP is scheduled for today and starts at 8.30am.
