Dressage: Valegro will retire after Rio 2016

The Equestrian World was already in the air and now it is official, Valegro will retire from competition after the 2016 Rio Olympics next year. A few months ago the coach and co-owner of Valegro had hinted that ritirement was close.
Charlotte Dujardin, the reigning Olympic champion, said she was delighted to be able to defend her Olympic title in Rio on the same horse she won gold with in London 2012.
