Eleven nations for Le Lame International- Sagrantino Tour

Two weeks of jumping under the name “Le Lame International- Sagrantino Tour“ (Montefalco) is approaching. Double international event (CSI 2 * 18/21 August and CSI 3 * 23/28 August), hosted at Le Lame Horses Sporting Club, has a total prize money amounting to 215,600 euro. The program includes 6 “ranking“ events with a total of 1,860 points, and marks the conclusion of the event twice a week (Sunday, 28 August) with the Grand Prix 3 stars qualifying for the FEI European Jumping Championships 2017 (Gothenburg, Sweden).
Taking the field are 11 nations: Saudi Arabia, Bermuda, Brazil, Colombia, United Arab Emirates, Finland, Japan, Britain, Italy, Mexico and Slovakia. Italy  has top riders Gianni Govoni, Juan Carlos Garcia, Luca Maria Moneta, Natale Chiaudani, Luca Marziani, Filippo Bologni, Giovanni Consorti, Antonio Sanfelice, Vincenzo Chimirri, Marco Porro and Mirco Casadei in action. More than 500 horses will take part.
THE TEAM
Le Lame Horses Sporting Club has a truly unique team from the event director, Elio Travagliati (formerly chef de piste of several Spanish and international tours of the European Championships children / juniors / young riders 2014), to close the show with director Denis Monticolo ( “director“ of the famous Longines Athina Onassis Horse Show in Saint Tropez). As always, behind the scenes, and “in the field“, the Zampolini family which open the “doors of the house“ to give everyone a warm welcome.
2015 EDITION
The first edition, held in 2015 in a single weekend, ended with a “Trading Places“ Grand Prix “GZ Fixtures“ joint victory of Prime Aviere Chosen Giulia Martinengo Marquet (riding Randon Pleasure) and the Brazilian Stephan De Freitas Boat (on Wunschtraum 88), out of a total of 39 starters.
