Winner 2

The World Cup of Endurance took place in Valeggio, Italy, over 120km and the winner was the rider from the United Arab Emirates Saif Ahmed Al Mozroui on the back of Descardo, who went back home with the gold medal.
Silver and Bronze went to two Spanish riders, Alex Luque Moral on Surena MB and Jordi Pons Serra on Cata de Montfluq.
This is the second edition of this championship in this location (close to Verona) with a four lap course that moved through some of the most interesting terrain of the area, like the area close to Lake Garda and the gardens of Sigurtà.
73 riders took part in the event and all of them completed the initial 38km, with a small group leading from the front, including a group from the UAE and the eventual silver medalist of the race Luque Moral.
The second round took place over 33km and further narrowed down the field. The Swede Annelie Erikssen, who was part of the leading group in the first round with Penelope Del Ma, has to retire from the race and have a check up by the vet.
In the third round, 26.5km, Al Mazroui was clearly in the lead with 3.5 minutes and the last vet control meant another 16 were deemed unfit to continue.
The race ended with a 22.5km round and with Al Mazroui crossing the finish line 10 seconds ahead of his Spanish rival Luque Moral, while third placed Jordi Pons Serra arrived 10 minutes later.
