Events: CSI5* 9-12 January 2014

The next big event is scheduled for next week with the 5 star circuit at St.Jakobshalle in Basle, which will play host to the seventh stage of the World Cup for the European division.
It will take place from the 9th to the 12th of January and 9 of the best riders in the world ranking list have already confirmed their participation at the event in Basle.
There will be a total of 17 competitions in various disciplines. The budget for the event is approximately 3.5 million Swiss Francs, while the prize money available is for 781.000 Swiss Francs.
Further, the prize money for the Longines GP alone is worth a total of 110.000 Swiss Francs and it is one of the highest prize winner funds available for a GP in the world.
