There is a new addition to the team of the former World Champion Philippe Le Jeune.
Joining the Belgian rider in Brussels is the stallion Cadeau de Muze (Nabab de Reve), son to Katharina Offel’s ex-mount Atlanta. For the record, Offel and Atlanta finished in 4th place at the World Equestrian Games in Aix la Chapelle in 2006.The 7 year-old stallion Cadeau de Muze arrives at the stables of his new rider along with Intenz van de HD (Elvis Ter Putte), daughter to Candy with whom Belgium’s Pieter Devos won the prestigious Calgary GP 2 years ago.
The 2 mounts have created a lot of enthusiasm and in particular Cadeau de Muze and Le Jeune is said to have an excellent feeling after the first few days of testing at the start of the new year with the mount.
However, it doesn’t end there and there is another young mount also on its way. We’re talking about the 8 year-old son to For Edition. The horse is still very young and requires lots of work before being ready for the highest competitive levels, but already in this short space of time has impressed. Filou de Muze meanwhile will be handed a rest and will only be used for breeding purposes. The same applies to Vigo d’Arsouilles and Romie.
Finally, there is also more good Equestrian World but away from the professional scene as Le Jeune’s partner, Lucia Vizzini, is set to give birth to a baby girl in March.
2015 really has started off in the best possible way for Philippe Le Jeune.
