Germany wins at Hickstead

It came down to a jump off between Germany the United States and France to see who would win the sixth stage of the prestigious FEI Nations Cup Top League which took place on Friday 29 July. After having finished the 2 rounds with 20 points, the Germans finished the jump off in a time of 44.95 and took first place ahead of the French who finished in 45.98 and the US in third place. The Americans finished with a single error, without which they would have won. Great Britain were fourth (24), followed by Belgium (28), the disappointing Irish and Dutch teams (44) and Denamrk. With two rounds to go until the end, the Dutch team lead with 42 points ahead of Germany (37) and Ireland (32.5). The next event will be in Dublin from 3 to 7 of August.
