Global Champions Tour: the grand finale begins today.

Everything is ready in Doha for the big final of the 2014 Global Champions Tour season. The horses have already arrived in Qatar and the Al Shaqab Equestrian Centre is ready to welcome the riders and challengers for the title.
Will the title holder Scott Brash be able to overtake the two riders above him in the rankings, or will he see his title pass hands and go to the current leader Ludger Beerbaum? Keep a close eye on Rolf-Goran Bengtsson who sits in a promising position in second place.
The first two trials in Doha begin today. The first is a timed two-phase trial over 1.45m, while the second is more demanding: a timed trial over 1.55m with jump-off. Here is the starting order for both of those competitions:
