Great success in online foal auction

Great success for the first online auction of KWPN foals on Friday where officially sold was the first of the 26 foals in the catalog: 15 of them selected for the dressage and show jumping 11 others.
Since the opening of the auction 17 foals had been sold, a good start for this initiative, which provides the opportunity for potential buyers to participate in the negotiations at a distance. Numerous foals went abroad, bids were received from Egypt, Switzerland, France, Sweden, Germany, and Italy also took center stage, buying two promising individuals who arrive in the coming days.
The two most expensive foals have exceeded 6000 euro: a son of Rome x Houston (6100 euro) and a son of Springpower x Guidam (6300 Euros), which will remain in the Netherlands.
Online auctions are opening a new frontier for breeders in the sale of selected horses for the sport at an international level, the next auction is scheduled for September 12 to 26.
Anyone interested in seeing a foal in the sale catalog can register their foal until September 1 through the MIJN KWPN channel.
