Harness Racing: Paris set for l’Amerique GP on Sunday.

The most eagerly anticipated harness race in Europe is set to get underway this Sunday, January 31, with 18 combinations set to do battle in France. Amongst these we also find representatives from Italy.
In addition to Bold Eagle, overwhelming favourite, and Up and Quick with Bazire, called upon to repeat last year’s success, Italy are putting their hopes in Oasis Bi with Vercruysse as well as having one eye on Moses Rob with Levesque despite the Swedish colours.
Also in France we find Andreghetti competing with Un Mec d’Heripre (said to be in great form), Gocciadoro with Nepenta Lux, another Italian on track, and Gabriele Gelormini, a regular by now on the French race tracks with Voltygeur de Myrt.
Hopes are high then for good displays from Italy’s athletes with the anticipation rising ahead of what is a classic and one of the most fascinating races on the circuit.
