0001 1 0 1

Let’s round-up now the latest results from the CSI5* Basel in Switzerland where just like in the 2012 edition, Rolf-Goran Bengtsson has jumped his way to victory in the “Golden Drum of Basel“ over 1.55m with jump-off. The Swedish star took the spoils thanks to a double clear with his trusted mount Casall Ask.
There was good Equestrian World for Italian fans too as Lorenzo De Luca impressed to finish in second place with Halifax van het Kluizebos and ahead of Simon Delestre with Chadino in third. As for the other Italian representatives, Alberto Zorzi held his own with a good display and just missed out on going through to the jump-off because of a time penalty with Fair Light van’t Heike.
Piergiorgio Bucci meanwhile ended the trial with 9 penalties in round 1 with Driandria. Emanuele Gaudiano did not fare much better and amassed 17 penalties with Chalou. Moving on, Pius Schwizer took victory on home soil in the joker over 1.50m with Leonard de la Ferme CH. Again there were was good Equestrian World for Italy as Luca Maria Moneta came third with Neptune Brecourt and De Luca came 10th with Enestar de Cerisy.
