ITALY PERFORM WELL AT CHILDREN’S EUROS

After practice dedicated to the junior and young riders ended today, Wednesday, July 6, it also the first test for the qualifying for the European Championship for Children, a time trial over 1.20 m hurdles, with the excellent placement of our rider Ernesto Vacirca. The young Azzurri was riding the 9-year-old female Voila and finished second in the final standings with a clear round in a time of 75.15. Faster than him by just 3 hundredths of a second, was the Russian Maria Madenova riding the 11-year-old gelding Zamir in  a clear round of 75.12: third place for the Austrian Thomas Relf female on the 15-year-old Gwendulin 3 (0, 78.46). Good results also for Guido Franchi, riding the 9-year-old female Dhonatella, closes with a nice clear round in a time of 83.41, gaining fifth position, and the duo composed of Benedicte Mazzei and sixteen year old gelding Cajan: zero penalties in an overall time of 90.93. Less fortunate was Michele Previtali on Eubea del Menhir (14; 114.72) and Alice Lazzarini on Celine FZ (16, 87.06). In totle 78 riders took part.
