John Whitaker wins Munich Indoors 2014

Let’s take a look around the events that took place around the globe over the weekend where Bertram Allen won the FEI World Cup five star event in Verona.Let’s start, however, in Canada and the Royal Horse Show at the indoor Ricoh Coliseum. The former was won by Tik Maynard on Dutch Times, whilst the $75,000 prize in the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair was won by “Captain Canada“ Ian Millar on Star Power. There were also a number of events for young and upcoming horses throughout the day.Back in Europe, the Munich Indoors 2014 at the Olympiahalle hosted the DKB Riders Tour. British legend John Whitaker won GP der Deutshcen Kreditbank AG on Argento (Arko III), in 40.47 seconds, ahead of Denis Lynch on Quote Zavaan (Quasimodo) in 41.99secs, while Switzerland’s Christina Liebherr was third on L.B.
