All eyes will be on California this weekend for the Longines Los Angeles Masters.
The LA event will mark the first leg of the 2016-17 tour which will then head to Paris in December and come to a close in Hong Kong early next year.
As always the prize money is staggering and could reach 4.5 million dollars for the rider that manages to win all three legs of the prestigious competition.
A series of stars have confirmed their attendance at the event such as Kevin Staut and Roger – Yves Bost, home favourites McLain Ward and Lucy Davis not to mention Daniel Deusser.
Keep a close eye too on the no. 3 in the world rankings Simon Delestre, Canadian star Eric Lamaze and Holland’s Harrie Smolders.
Another big event to watch out for is the Longines Speed Challenge, the Emirates Gold Cup, the Prestige and National Trophy.
