After the latest stage of the Nations Cup in Rome, the squads will be starting to think about the next one which is scheduled in Switzerland for the St.Gallen CSIO. The Swiss team will be arriving in grand style with the aim of winning on home soil for the first time in 18 years, while 13 Swiss riders will be out competing in the individual trials.

The track meanwhile will be designed by Gerard Lachat. Now let’s take a look at the rankings after the latest round of the Furusiyya FEI Nations Cup: France keep their place at the top of the rankings on 245 points followed by Belgium on 165 points and in third place are Switzerland on 150. The rest of the top-ten is made up as follows:
4th Spain – 112.50
5th Holland – 90.00
6th Germany – 80.00
7th Ireland – 75.00
8th Great Britain – 70.00
9th Ukraine – 60.00
10th Sweden – 50.00
The next stage will also give other nations the chance to pick up precious points and climb the rankings or in France’s case maintain their leadership at the top. The next stage will be taking place from the 29th of May to the 1st of June 2014.
