29 pairs went head to head yesterday in LA for the thrilling Longines Speed Challenge with Nayel Nassar taking the win.
The young rider, class of 1991, has Egyptian roots but was born and grew up in the USA where he works with horses in San Diego, California.
Nassar took the spoils with Lordan, a 12 year-old Hannover, and together they have also competed in the Normandy WEG and FEI World Cup final in Lyon.
Adding to the feat was the fact that Nassar was against riders such as Scott Brash, Marco Kutscher and Kevin Staut with the latter coming second.
Chile’s Samuel Parot rounded out the podium in third. CLICK HERE for more: http://www.longinestiming.com/#!/equestrian/2016/1241/html/en/longinestiming/resultlist_03.html
