Olympic stars at International du Chateau de Versailles

There are major events coming up soon and the Jumping International du Chateau de Versailles will take place from May 5 with a host of champions (including 11 Olympic stars).
Representing the hosts will be Penelope Leprevost, Kevin Staut, Philippe Rozier and Roger-Yves Bost (Rio 2016 gold).
Jeroen Dubbeldam NED – 2000 individual and two-time world champion
Rodrigo Pessoa BRA – Olympic gold in 2004
Eric Lamaze CAN – Olympic gold in 2008
Steve Guerdat – Olympic gold in 2012
Laura Kraut – US Olympic gold medalist in 2008
Ben-Maher and Scott Brash GBR – Olympic team gold in 2012, Scott Brash who is the only rider to have ever claimed the Rolex Grand Slam: three victories in the most prestigious Rolex events (Calgary, Geneva and Aachen).
Peder Fredricson SWE – individual bronze in Rio 2016
Kent Farrington USA – Team Silver at Rio 2016
Christian Ahlmann and Daniel Deusser GER – team bronze in Rio 2016
The Grand Ecurie du Roi’s Arena will host the event until May 7th, the Grand Prize presented by Rolex comes with a 300,000 euro prize pool as one of the richest of the season, it is also a competition that offers the possibility of qualifying for the European Championships in Gothenburg 2017 and the World Equestrian Games at Tryon 2018.
