Positive start for Italy in the FEI World Breeding Jumping Championships for Young Horses

Great Equestrian World arrives from Lanaken where the FEI World Breeding Jumping Championships for Young Horses are taking place. Today, the first qualifying phase in the 7 year-old horse category was held and Italy’s Paolo Adamo Zuvadelli finished in first place with his sorrel Oldenburg Eh Bombay (Balou du Rouet). The pair picked up 0 penalties and recorded a time of 27.88 seconds to take the lead after the first round. In second place we find Holland’s Timothy Hendrix on Cavalia (Vingino) and in third German rider Philip Ruping with Sadesso (Sandro Boy). Dominique Joassi with Best of Opus Dei (Balou du Roeut) came in second while third place was taken by Thomas De Wit with D-Armel Van’T Kamerveld (Toulon).The overall leader-board after the latest round sees Gilles Dunon with Fou de Toi vd Keihoeve (Toulon) in first followed by Niels Bruynseels on Filou D (Querlybet Hero) in second and Gudrun Patteet on Sea Coast Ferly (Calato) in third.
