
Results round-up from the European Paradressage Championships

Here below is the latest Equestrian World and updates from the European Paradressage Championships taking place in Gothenburg, Sweden.
Ferdinando Acerbi’s Italy are also there in Scandinavia with a host of Azzurri in action yesterday registering positive results.
In the Grade I, there was an Italian just outside the podium places with current world champion Sara Morganti coming home in fourth place thanks to a score of 72.250% with Royal Delight.
Taking the victory meanwhile was Britain’s Julie Payne with Athene Lindjeberg following a score of 77.642%. The silver went to Germany’s Elke Philipp with 73.428% while the final podium slot went to the Latvian Richard Snikus after a score of 73.321%.
There was another good result meanwhile for Italy in the Grade V as Alessio Corradini also came in fourth place with Levinia 10 with a score of 68.547%. Nicole Geiger of Switzerand was third, Sophie Wells second and Frank Hosmar in first.
To continue, Francesca Salvadè was sixth in the Grade III with Muggel 4 as Suzanna Hext took gold, Claudia Schmidt silver and Erin Frances Orford bronze.
The above results mean that the Azzurri trio of Morganti, Corradini and Salvadè have all booked their place in the individual final with music while in other Equestrian World the team competition is scheduled to take place today.
