Rio 2016: Skelton wins gold medal

After taking part in six Olympic Games, Brazil was the scene of Nick Skelton’s greatest moment as the British rider jumped his way to his first ever individual gold in show-jumping.
Competing with Big Star, the British star registered a super time of 42.82 in the jump-off to claim the prestigious gold medal.
In second spot we find Peder Fredricson with All In while the final podium slot was taken by Eric Lamaze with Fine Lady 5.Missing out on the podium was the likes of defending champion Steve Guerdat with his mount Nino des Buissonnets.
