San Rossore primed for racing bonanza.

The San Rossore race-track in Tuscany is ready for a big racing event this weekend.
All eyes will be on the LXVII Gran Corsa Siepi Nazionale reserved to 5 year-old horses and over 4.000 metres for group 1 whereas the XXIV Criterium d’Inverno is a race for group 2 and reserved to 4 year-old horses. This latter race is set to be carried out over 3.500 metres and watch out for the favourite Tuk Tuk, a previous winner. Moving on, the next race on the agenda is the Pardubice Prize, a cross country event in the hope of promoting the discipline. Looking ahead to Sunday, local riding takes centre stage as 21 of the local Pisa districts go head to head for local bragging rights.
