Show Jumping: Italy win Junior Nations Cup in Vestfo CSIO (NOR)

Yesterday the Italian Junior team produced an excellent result with victory in Norway in the Junior Nations Cup. The team was led by captain Gianluca Bormioli, who was joined by Silvana Bonazzi on Uberlina K (0/0), Olimpia Guazzo on Braise du Marcq (0/0), Niccolò Callerio on Celentano (0/4) and Roberto Previtali on Rinske (0/4). Having finished with clear rounds in the first part, the Italian team amassed only four penalties in the second to leave Germany (13 penalties) and Norway (17 penalties) behind them on the podium.The day opened with victory in the 125 Junior category against the clock in Table C for Niccolò Callerio on Hitchcock in 53.11 seconds, while in sixth and tenth came respectively Silvana Bonazzi on Cerafras de Rialfo in 60.36 and Edoardo Eugenio Scotti on Heartliner in 63.30.
Roberto Cristofoletti and Tindra clinched succes in the DEL csi** category for horses aged 6 and / years only with a double clear round in 28.07.The competition opened on Thursday with victory for Roberto Previtali on Rinske in the Junior 1.25 category with 0 penalities in 44.72 and second place for Edoardo Eugenio Scotti on Loreen D (0 in 47.64).
Friday in the 130 category Karina Hovland (NOR) won on Easy Living 2 with 0/0 in 33.59, second place went to Roberto Previtali on Varon’O Hesseln with 0/0 in 36.75 and ninth went to Olimpia Guazzo on Ubalia with 0/0 in 40.03.
