Showjumping: stars of the future meet in Ireland

With the curtain coming down on the Youth European Championships for dressage over the weekend, the attention can now turn towards the Youth European Championships for show-jumping which are about to get underway with riders set to go head to head from today.
Millstreet in Ireland has been chosen to host the big event where the first competition will see the stars of the future in the children category lock horns. Tomorrow meanwhile will be the turn of the young rider and junior categories.
The pony category on the other hand will be held in August in Denmark and here are the riders representing Italy: Camilla Mainardi, Sofia Manzetti, Alessandro Orlandi, Neri Pieraccini and Priscilla Pigozzi Garofalo. Angelo Cristofoletti and Eric Louradour make up the coaching staff.
