The Entertainment Industry turns the spotlight on horses again
A true cinematic myth of the 1940/50’s is about to return in the saddle as Roy Rogers, the star of almost 90 films and over 100 television shows, will be the at the centre of a trilogy of Westerns that will bring the much loved figure of the all-American hero back to life on the big screen.Together with Rogers, who passed away in 1998, there will also be his wife Dale Evans and his golden palomino Trigger. 821 Entertainment is dealing with the project and the multi-media enterprise has also declared its intention is not to shoot a mere biopic of Roy but rather to aim for a family-fantasy adventure. The director and cast are still to be finalised.
