Geneva, December 5th, 2024 – The countdown has officially begun. On Friday, December 13, at 9 p.m., Geneva’s Palexpo will host the 23rd edition of the Rolex IJRC Top Ten Final, one of the most prestigious and eagerly awaited show jumping events on the international calendar. Organized by the International Jumping Riders Club (IJRC), this competition is synonymous with excellence and tradition.

The Stars of the 2024 Edition

The roster of participating riders, based on the November world rankings, shines with some of the biggest names in the sport, including:

  • Henrik von Eckermann (SWE), world No. 1,
  • Steve Guerdat (SUI), world No. 2,
  • Ben Maher (GB), world No. 3,
  • Kent Farrington (USA), world No. 4,
  • Julien Epaillard (FRA), world No. 5,
  • Max Kühner (AUT), world No. 6,
  • Richard Vogel (GER), world No. 7,
  • Christian Kukuk (GER), world No. 8,
  • Mclain Ward (USA), world No. 9,
  • Conor Swail (IRL), world No. 10.

One of the most anticipated riders is Richard Vogel, making his debut in the Rolex IJRC Top Ten Final in the saddle of the legendary United Touch. Last year, also in Geneva, this extraordinary duo captivated audiences by winning the Rolex Grand Prix, with a memorable jump-off that Vogel himself recalls fondly:
“It was something very special and unforgettable. Even if we tried ten more times, it would be almost impossible to replicate such a performance. We are proud and happy about that win.”

A Clash of Titans

Vogel, a member of the IJRC board, emphasizes the significance of this competition:
“I will ride United Touch because he’s my best horse, and I want to give my best in such an important class. Being part of this challenge has been a dream since I was a boy, and now I want to compete at the highest level.”

How to Follow the Event

The competition will be streamed live on the official IJRC website (www.ijrc.org) and on the organization’s social media channels, which will provide real-time updates and insights.

Don’t miss the opportunity to witness one of the most captivating events in show jumping: on December 13, Geneva’s Palexpo will be the epicenter of the equestrian world.
