Top-ten finish for Italy at NBHA World Cup.

Italian stars Giovanni Adamo and Alice Dall’Angelo have done their country proud at the National Barrel Horse Association World Cup in Brazil by claiming a top-ten finish for the Azzurri.
The big event was held near San Paolo and Italy came in sixth place thanks to the performances of the 2015 European Champion Alice Dall’Angelo and 2015 European Reserve Champion Giovanni Adamo.
Commenting afterwards, Italy’s head of discipline Carlo Riccardi called the sixth place finish ‘excellent’. The victory meanwhile went to Uruguay, followed by the host nation Brazil in second and Bolivia in third.
During the trip, team Italy stayed in the splendid Haras Raphaela structure, one of the biggest and most prestigious equestrian centres in South America. Looking ahead, the next NBHA World Cup will be held in Panama in 2017.
