Veterinary Medicine: applications now being accepted for the Summer Equine Clinical Externship in Lyon.

For all of those that study veterinary medicine, the following could be of interest to you.
Registrations are now open for the Summer Equine Clinical Externship Lyon 2015, the veterinary camp organised in collaboration with Vet Agro Sup (the oldest veterinary school in the world) and accredited by the European Association of Establishments for Veterinary Education and American Veterinary Medical Association.
The Summer Equine Clinical Externship is an international camp dedicated to veterinary students from all over the world and it is held entirely in the English language giving those interested the chance to spend time at the equine veterinary teaching hospital in Lyon. For students, it could represent a first chance to have an international experience before perhaps working abroad or other study opportunities outside of their own country in the future.
The Società Italiana Veterinari per Equini (the Italian Society for Equine Vets, www.sive.it), have reported that there are 16 places available for a time period that can last from 1 to 3 months from the 15th of June to the 20th of September 2015. The cost to take part is 460.00 euros per month and needs to be sent directly to the Veterinary School of Medicine in Lyon (Vetagro Sup). Students must be in the final 2 years of their veterinary medicine course and applications should be sent to the following address: catherine.barbet@vetagro-sup.fr.
