World beater Zenith SFN up for auction

Reports in Holland claim that the European and World champion, Zenith SFN NOP, is set to be sold via an online auction organised by BVA Auctions for Showjumping Funds of The Netherlands.
The date for the big event is set for September 21 and includes six horses belonging to the SFN group: Aquila SFN (in action on Friday at Falsterbo for the Swedish leg of the Nations Cup with Wout-Jan van der Schans), Chuck Blue SFN, Djumpsina SFN, Eloma’s Blue SFN, Ferrari SFN and of course the name that has caught everybody’s attention the aforementioned and extraordinary Zenith SFN.
Dutch horse owners have built up a reputation for being top businessmen too and the decision highlights SFN’s belief that the time is right to cash in. SFN was launched in 2006 by a group of entrepreneurs and financiers following the vision of Dutch journalist Jacob Melissen, a move which has paved the way for Holland to become one of the leading equestrian nations in the world.
